MAGLAB EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT

Within the scope of MAGLAB General Disclosure Statement prepared by Magiclab Game Technologies Corp. (“MAGLAB”) in accordance with the related articles of Personal Data Protection Law (“PDP Law”) no. 6698 and General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), CCPA, PDPA, LGPD and Mexico Privacy Law.

I, as the user of MAGLAB software(s), mobile application(s), MAGLAB web site(s) namely www.maglab.com.tr or other platform(s) (together “platforms”), as applicable, and/or its content, including games, products, services and other material provided through the MAGLAB games including virtual in-game currencies such as coins, cash and/or diamonds, that can be purchased for real money and in turn used to purchase virtual in-game items (together “content”), hereby acknowledge and declare that MAGLAB, as the data controller, or data processors authorized by MAGLAB (provided that such data processors have adequate safeguards in place), may process (means any operation which is performed upon my personal data such as collection, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, adaptation, disclosure, transfer, retrieval, making available for collection, categorization or blocking its use by wholly or partly automatic means or otherwise than by automatic means which form part of a filing system) my personal data in Turkey or in abroad on the following terms.

Accordingly, I give my explicit consent to MAGLAB or data processors authorized by MAGLAB to process the following information for the following purposes:

My information that I provide to MAGLAB such as my name, email address, and other contact details for the contact purposes;
Record of my correspondence with MAGLAB for contact purposes and to improve our services;
Information about how I use MAGLAB products and services. Such as information about the amount of time I use MAGLAB products/services for the pages I visit, and other information about my activities while using MAGLAB hardware or software or while logged into my MAGLAB ID account, for the improving of MAGLAB services and my user experience;
My information that I provide for surveys, for the purpose of improving MAGLAB services and my user experience;
My personal information to administer my participation in MAGLAB contests, sweepstakes or other promotions, in order for MAGLAB to organize promotional events;
My device information such as my operating system, browser, software applications, IP address, geolocation, security status and other device information in order for MAGLAB to improve user experience, to protect against fraud and manage risk;

My marketing preference details such as my communication preferences and information relevant to selecting appropriate products and services for me, for the purpose of improving MAGLAB services and my user experience;
Details of my visits to the websites and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies including, but not limited to, my IP address and domain name, my browser version and operating system, traffic data, location data, web logs, posts on the MAGLAB forum, other communication data, and the resources that I access in order for MAGLAB to improve its service quality;
If I choose to participate (for example, by “liking” MAGLAB s profile on Facebook or Twitter, posting a message, or answering a poll), my information which may include my personal information, depending on my SNS privacy settings.

MAGLAB may also process my personal information for the following purposes:

To provide and manage products and services I have requested, to administer MAGLAB services, including to carry out its obligations arising from any agreements entered into between me and MAGLAB, or to notify me about changes in relation to MAGLAB services and products,
To sponsor me and/or my e-sports team, if applicable, to carry out its obligations arising from any sponsorship agreements entered into between me and MAGLAB, to notify me about changes to the terms of our sponsorship, or to advertise,
To communicate with me regarding products and services that may be of interest, to provide me with updates and offers, where I have chosen to receive these, to market MAGLAB’s own and selected business partners’ products and services to me by way of in-app alerts, post, email, phone, SMS or online or social media advertisement,
To understand users and to develop and tailor MAGLAB products and services, to better understand our usage patterns, preferences and marketing requirements, as well as to better understand MAGLAB’s business and develop its products and services,
To monitor certain activities, to monitor queries and transactions to ensure service quality, compliance with procedures, terms of use and policies, and to combat fraud (including running anti-fraud checks against your payment method when processing my order(s) on MAGLAB platforms),
To notify me about changes to MAGLAB services and products,
To ensure website content is relevant, to ensure that content from MAGLAB platforms are presented in the most effective manner for me and for my device, which may include passing my data to MAGLAB business partners, suppliers and/or service providers,
To reorganize or make changes to MAGLAB business, in the event that MAGLAB: (i) is subject to negotiations for the sale of our business or part thereof to a third party; (ii) is sold to a third party; or (iii) undergoes a re-organization, MAGLAB may need to transfer some or all of my personal information to the relevant third party (or its advisors) as part of any due diligence process for the purpose of analyzing any proposed sale or re-organization,
In connection with legal or regulatory obligations, MAGLAB may process my personal information to comply with regulatory requirements or dialogue with regulators as applicable which may include disclosing my personal information to third parties, the court service and/or regulators or law enforcement agencies in connection with enquiries, proceedings or investigations by such parties anywhere in the world or where compelled to do so,
To generate internal statistics for marketing, consumer profiles or demographic research, etc. to tailor its products and services to satisfy user requirements.

MAGLAB may share my personal data to our third party service providers under contract with MAGLAB such as order or payment processors or other service providers, contractors, agents, advisors (e.g. legal, financial, business or other advisors) and affiliates of MAGLAB that perform activities on our behalf, as well as other members of the MAGLAB group, located in Turkey or abroad, to access and use personally identifiable information, but only to the extent necessary to provide MAGLAB services. Besides, MAGLAB may channel this data to our third party vendors as a response to a product order or to add you to a commercial bulletin circulation list.

Certain parts of the information MAGLAB collects will be shared with other users of Razer for profile displaying purposes.

External websites and companies may reach your personally identifiable information via links to and from MAGLAB platforms.

MAGLAB may also release my personally identifiable information to comply with court orders or laws that require us to disclose such information without my consent.

I hereby acknowledge that my personal information provided to MAGLAB is accurate and up-to-date and in case of any change on such information I agree to notify such change to MAGLAB.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that my rights as the data subject pursuant to the Article 11 of under Law No. 6698 are as follows:

Learn whether or not her/his personal data have been processed;
Request information as to processing if her/his data have been processed;
Learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether data are used in accordance with their purpose;
Know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred;
Request rectification in case personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately;
Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth under article 7;
Request notification of the operations made as per indents (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred;
Object to occurrence of any result that is to her/his detriment by means of analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems;
Request compensation for the damages in case the person incurs damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
